The Firm’s Area of Labour and Social Security provides workplace conflict resolution consultancy services, creating strategies that allow addressing them from a preventive viewpoint, as well as in conflicts resolution at a legal and/or administrative levels, providing an efficient, quality service with a practical approach, which stands out by working in a cohesive and integrated manner with its clients’ legal and human resource management departments.
The Firm offers consultancy services in aspects linked to Private Individual and Collective Labour Law, including collective bargaining, drafting of individual and collective employment contracts and internal company regulations, among others. Likewise, our Team undertakes the judicial and extrajudicial representation of various companies before Administrative Authorities and Courts of Justice with regards to all those aspects and matters related to Labour and Social Security Legislation. Moreover, it provides specialised labour consultancy services in the maritime and port area.
In particular, the Firm has vast experience in filing administrative claims, defence writs in labour lawsuits, such as unjustified dismissals, unfair and anti-union practices, withdrawals of privilege, handling proceedings on the protection of fundamental and executive rights, administrative fines complaint, special proceeding regarding matters on union and collective bargaining, among others
